Support & Lifestyle Services
A Partner Service for Organisations Supporting Individuals
Everyone deserves support that respects their history, supports their goals, and helps them stay connected to everyday life.
Beyond Clean Solutions provides social support services on behalf of service providers, delivering practical, person-focused assistance through consistent and respectful engagement. We understand that meaningful support is not just about completing tasks. It is about reliability, trust, and supporting individuals in ways that align with existing care arrangements.
Social support may include companionship during everyday activities, accompanying clients while they enjoy hobbies or attend appointments, or assisting with daily errands. We also support clients to remain active and engaged in their community, in line with the expectations set by the referring organisation.
Support is provided through agreed schedules that reflect individual needs, preferences, and goals, developed in coordination with the service provider responsible for the client’s care.
Working Alongside Existing Providers
Support and Lifestyle Services are generally engaged by organisations that already have primary care or coordination arrangements in place.
This can include NDIS providers, aged care and community care organisations, allied health practices, and government-funded or not-for-profit services. In most cases, Beyond Clean Solutions is engaged to provide additional capacity or consistency where it is not practical for internal teams to deliver this type of support.
Services are delivered within agreed scopes and schedules, and existing provider–client relationships are respected at all times.
A lower price is often achieved by reducing time on site, limiting tasks, or removing accountability. Before committing to any provider, it is important to confirm the fundamentals clearly and in writing.
How Support Is Delivered
Support is delivered in accordance with information supplied by the referring organisation and agreed arrangements.
Many clients rely on routine, so consistency in scheduling and delivery is prioritised. Schedules are set early and only adjusted following discussion. There are no fixed service packages. Support is provided in accordance with individual needs and existing approvals.
The emphasis is on doing what has been agreed, when it has been agreed, rather than expanding services or altering scope.
Social and Lifestyle Support
Social support may involve spending time with clients during everyday activities, accompanying them to hobbies or community activities, or assisting them in remaining connected to their local area.
Not everyone wants the same level of interaction. In some cases, conversation is welcome, in others it is not. Support is provided in a way that suits the individual and remains appropriate.
Transport and Appointment Assistance
Transport support is used when clients cannot get to appointments on their own or when other transport options are unavailable. This can involve picking someone up from home, travelling with them to an appointment, waiting if needed, and getting them back home afterwards.
Appointments are planned around timing requirements, especially where health or allied services are involved.
Check-In and Welfare Support
Where clients do not have regular contact, check-in support can be arranged. This may be a visit, a phone call, or a welfare check, depending on the situation. These check-ins help ensure the client is not overlooked between other services.
Household Support
Where needed, basic household assistance can be provided to help keep the home manageable. This generally involves light cleaning tasks such as vacuuming and dusting. Tasks are agreed in advance and provided as part of existing support arrangements.
Meal Preparation Assistance
Meal preparation support is provided where clients require assistance with planning or preparing meals.
Support may involve preparing meals together or assisting with specific kitchen tasks. Dietary requirements, routines, and preferences are followed as provided, with an emphasis on maintaining independence wherever possible.
Personal Administration Support
Where required, help can be provided with everyday organisation. This usually involves paperwork or keeping appointments organised. Support is practical and does not remove decision-making from the client.
Shopping and Errands
Support with shopping and errands can be provided in different ways. In some cases, this means going along with the client. In others, tasks are completed on their behalf. What is provided depends on what has been agreed and can change over time.

Activity and Community Participation
Where appropriate, clients can be supported to attend walks, activities, or community events.
Support focuses on removing practical barriers to participation rather than directing involvement or managing activities.
Working With Beyond Clean Solutions
Support and Lifestyle Services are provided as part of a broader partnership approach.
If your organisation requires a reliable provider to assist with agreed support services for existing clients, Beyond Clean Solutions can discuss scope, suitability, and delivery expectations.
